Important Information
SHIPPING:
Orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt of order, excluding weekends and holidays via UPS, Fedex, USPS etc.
For any products which are out of stock when ordered, Paramount industries Inc. will immediately notify the customer.
Paramount Industries, Inc. will not be liable for shipment delays due to strikes, accidents, delays in obtaining materials, natural disasters or any other situations beyond our control.
Please Note: Currently we do not offer online ordering for Canada or for the following US territories: American Samoa, Armed Forces America, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands. Please call us and we would be happy to provide you with a quote.
CLAIMS:
The customer is responsible for checking orders upon receipt for completeness and accuracy, etc. Any claims for shortages, damages, etc., must be made in writing to Paramount Industries, Inc. stating the specific claim, within ten days of receipt of order.
CUSTOM/SPECIAL ORDERS:
Products not usually stocked or requiring special processes or that are custom manufactured are non-cancelable, non-returnable, and payments are non-refundable.
Paramount Industries, Inc. cannot guarantee 100% color matches due to raw material blends and variances.

PAYMENTS:
Paramount Industries, Inc. accepts the following methods of payment for orders: CREDIT CARD (Master Card, Visa & Novus/Discover), CASH, CERTIFIED CHECK or 30 Day Open Account Credit Terms. No C.O.D. Shipments.
All payments are due in US Dollars.
All taxes, customs charges, duties etc are additional and the responsibility of the buyer
RETURNED GOODS POLICY:
Any goods being returned must receive an authorization from Paramount Industries, Inc.
Authorizations are good for 30 days. Any requests for returns must contain an itemized list of the goods returned, order reference number or invoice number and date of purchase, and the reasons for the return.
All goods must be returned to our warehouse, freight prepaid.
No credit will be issued for returns made after 30 days from date of purchase.
Paramount Industries, Inc. reserves the right to refuse credit or give partial credit on any merchandise returned which is used, abused, soiled, not in its original packaging, or not suitable for resale.
Discontinued items or sale items, etc. may not be returned for credit for any reason. All sales of discounted items are final
WARRANTY:
Products sold by Paramount Industries, Inc. are covered by the manufacturers' warranty, and are subject to the manufacturers' final decision. Any products returned as defective will be subject to inspection by the manufacturer to determine final disposition. The manufacturer reserves the right to repair or replace any merchandise returned for credit. Bowling shoes are warranted for 30 days only. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship only. No credit or replacements will be given until final disposition by manufacturer has occurred. Worn out soles or toes on bowling shoes, due to customer dragging toe, is not a defect in the shoe, and therefore not covered by any warranty.
